Refund & Returns Policy

Welcome to Ecojeans.org! At Eco Jeans, we strive to provide high-quality jeans for ethical consumers. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we aim to make this process as straightforward as possible. Please read our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully to understand how to initiate a return, the conditions and timeframes, and any fees or costs involved.

1. General Policy

We accept returns of products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the conditions outlined below. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at vickie.slocombe@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely, including all original packaging and tags, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item received, or other error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Inspection and Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at vickie.slocombe@gmail.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
